Quality Assurance Manager Ales Fizesan

I am looking forward to learning new things and maybe presenting new testing tools.

In this article, we want to introduce Aleš Fizešan. He supports the Inpsyde Team as a Quality Assurance Manager since May 2020. With his experience in software testing and his growing knowledge in the field of software engineering, he is a perfect match for our team.

This is Ales Fizesan

Aleš Fizešan is 29 years old and lives in Novi Sad, Serbia.

How would you describe yourself?

I am a friendly, reliable, flexible, confident, organized and ambitious person. If someone tells me that I can’t do something or it can’t be done, I will always find a way to make it work or happen. I am driven by a quote:

“Your talent determines what you can do. Your motivation determines how much you’re willing to do. Your attitude determines how well you do it.”

How do you spend your spare time?

I am a very active person and like to move. I like to go walking and play volleyball with my friends. Since I was a child, I’ve been playing football. I also played table tennis at many local events and learned to play the guitar. Those were really good years for me, I’ve tried just about everything and still like to do so. One of the next things I’d like to try is skydiving for the adrenaline rush.

When it’s time to relax, I like to do some programming, play video games and read books ‒ mainly thrillers. I also photograph and do Photoshop sometimes. That’s because my wife is a photographer. I helped her with building up her business and still assist her with shootings on the weekends. That is a lot of fun. She does basically family photo shootings and I really enjoy working with people and especially with kids. They are so funny and full of spirit. Even if it can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, this is kind of a balance to my studies and work.

Ales’s way to Inpsyde

Three years ago,  I started as a game tester but my passion was always software testing. The best thing about this field is the satisfaction I get when I see a bug free product that I tested.

So, currently I am studying electronic engineering with a focus on computer science meaning basically programming. I try to learn as much new stuff as I can. It is particularly interesting for me to understand the processes behind software development.

At Inpsyde, I have the chance to get more practical experience. Working here is very attractive to me because of the variety of interesting projects and the flexible work environment. I am looking forward to learning new things and maybe present new testing tools. Also, it is great to have the possibility to work together with my brother who is also part of the QA team.
