Project Manager Pierre Kindler

What I like most about inpsyde is the good cooperation, although in some cases we work far, far away from each other.

In this article, we want to introduce Pierre Kindler. He ist part of the Inpsyde family since January 2020. We are very pleased that Pierre is supporting the team with his many years of experience in project management.

By the way: The Inpsyde Team is 100% remote

This enables us to bring together the best minds in the world in one team. You want to learn more about our way of working and the Inpsyders? Take a look inside Inpsyde!

This is Pierre Kindler

Pierre is 34 years old and lives in Kaltenkirchen, Germany.

Pierre Kindler loves challenges like extreme mud races

How could you be described?

People who know me appreciate my patience. Many even say that I don’t have a thread of patience, but rather a rope. And giving up is not an option for me. I will keep trying until I can.

Our washer-dryer was almost one year old when suddenly the drying program always stopped after exactly 28 minutes. My girlfriend was about to buy a new one. But I refused and disassembled the dryer, found a loose plug and since then it dries again like on the first day. I just didn’t want to settle for the fact that it was broken. And that’s how I actually walk through life. My motto: There’s no such thing as can’t.

What is important to you?

Basically, what is important to me is what I also expect from my fellow human beings: empathy and standing by one’s word.

How do you spend your spare time?

I spend a lot of my free time with friends, of course with my son, sports and with our house which we had built 6 years ago. I am not a craftsman, but that won’t keep me from doing things myself.

For the past few years, running events have been my passion. I try to take part in as many city and obstacle races as possible, including extreme obstacle races in the mud. This is a good balance. You go to your limits and enter terrain you normally wouldn’t. It also gives me a clear goal I can work towards. That motivates me to train regularly.

Pierre’s Way to Inpsyde

Originally, I come from the logistics sector and had built up my own small business on the side. I have always had an affinity for technology. That opened the door to my last company, where I worked for more than 6 years, first as a pure technical supporter and shortly after in IT project management.

I wouldn’t want to miss any of my previous activities, but the work as a PM was the first field that has captivated me. It connects so many aspects. You are actually always dealing with customers and/or partners and you see your results. And it’s also extremely exciting because this field has gone through many changes in the last few years ‒ and still does.

I have been working with WordPress as a freelancer for 11 years now and have therefore a great affinity for it. Thus, I am now looking forward to working with WordPress on a much higher level than I did before and to simply being able to contribute my experience. What I like most about inpsyde is the good cooperation, although in some cases we work far, far away from each other.
