How would you describe yourself?

I am an empathic person, responsible, cheerful and I love to make people feel comfortable and I love my friends and family – especially my mom, which I love to make proud.

I am always eager to learn something new and to grow professionally and personally. I enjoy baking, especially banana bread, cinnamon rolls, vanilla and chocolate cake.

I’m a person that is always open to help everybody. I love spending time with my family and friends – if I can be with them at the same time it’s even better.

How do you spend your spare time?

I really enjoy reading, listening to music, and being with my nephew.

I am also doing exercise with friends via zoom, to stay fit in quarantine. We usually follow a YouTube channel and copy what they do – simultaneously! This way we can stay focused and motivated and have a good laugh. Since our work schedules changed recently, we cannot do that anymore. But we still send each other after-workout-selfies as proof.

Sometimes watching a movie or series. If I could, I would love to travel the world in my spare time, as I love to get to know new places, meet new people and learn about their culture.

Liza’s way to Inpsyde

I did my bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Tourism with a minor in Marketing. I started working at an airline in customer services later on I was a supervisor of the flight. I enjoy customer support and solving different problems.

Because of the people, and the work they do. I love having a team that can rely on me and that I can rely on.

I’m looking forward to surpassing WordPress :), and to get to know all my colleagues. So far everyone is so helpful. Everyone is so positive. It’s really interesting. We rely on each other.

Questions to Inpsyder Liza

We asked Liza a few personal questions to learn more about her:

What is the TV show you never miss?

I love anime. I often watch them with my friends. Due to the pandemic, we now video conference while watching. I enjoy Korean drama, too. They have really good visuals and take care of the details so well. I can watch and rewatch them endlessly since I also love their culture.

Who is your favorite band?

My favorite band is One Republic. In 2020, they should have had a concert in Amsterdam, which I was planning to go to. I had my visa, my flights, all my stays (I wanted to visit Barcelona, too), everything! Since I was working at an airline at that time, I had some discount with the flights as well. As you surely have imagined by now, the concert was cancelled. I hope to see them in a safer time, even if this means not having the flight discount :).

Who is your favorite author?

I prefer a good read over the loyalty to one single author. I usually go by reviews and trust in the mass-opinion. So far they have never let me down and in 800 books in the last 9 years this means something.

What other hobbies do you have?

In high school I used to do capoeira for quite a while – five years to be specific. Now I love baking banana bread, I even have my own little Instagram Page where I started selling them.

What is on your bucket list?

I’d love to travel to Asia, especially Japan and South Korea.

Where have you been so far and what did you like most?

I’ve been to the US and to Europe. In the US I was on a round trip through four states (while I was doing my work & travel) and in Europe I visited Italy, France and the Netherlands. I fell in love with the Grand Canyon, I loved the architecture in Italy and France and enjoyed the nature in the Netherlands

What is the best part of your personality?

I always try to see the positive side.
