How would you describe yourself?

I am a strong-willed woman that loves a challenge. Giving up is never the way to go, as it motivates me to do more and to get out of my comfort zone. In addition to that, I always aspire to be kind hearted, open-minded, and to see the best in others. I absolutely love to interact with different kinds of people and to familiarize myself with different traditions and cultures. In my world, I only promote positivity and there is no room for negativity. What is important to me is setting up a good future for myself and my family.

I spend my spare time reading, studying, watching YouTube, exercising, spending time with family and gaming.

Kirsty’s way to Inpsyde

I obtained my BA degree at the University of the Western Cape, where I majored in Psychology and History. This university has an amazing BA program that allowed me to study various other modules additional to my majors, such as English, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Ethics, Philosophy and Classical Culture. The reason why I chose to major in Psychology and History is because I originally wanted to become a counsellor.

Inpsyde interested me mostly because it is something very different compared to everything I have studied and am familiar with. My personality is drawn to new challenges and I feel that Inpsyde fills that challenge. It is not only an opportunity for me to gain a new set of experience but also to learn something new virtually. Moreover, Inpsyde is such a diverse and friendly company that I felt comfortable immediately after the very first interview, and I have never felt that way for any other company that I have done interviews with. I usually feel nervous but with Inpsyde, everything is different.

I look forward to doing work that pleases the customer. I am in a very comfortable setting with Inpsyde and it motivates me to work hard to not only satisfy the customer, but my superiors.
