Project Manager Alejandro Isaac Zorrilla

My new job is in technology, especially the coding environment. That’s why I’m looking forward to learning as much as possible about business models in connection with web design from my colleagues in management positions.

In this article, we want to introduce Alejandro. He supports our Inpsyde Team as Project Manager.

This is Alejandro Isaac Zorrilla

Alejandro lives in Madrid, Spain.

How would you describe yourself?

I am a hardworking, easy-going, self-confident, and constructive person. That’s why I sincerely believe that anything is possible if you have the right attitude and mindset and have the right people around you.

How do you spend your spare time?

In my leisure time, I like to go swimming. I am also enthusiastic about motorcycling. Above all, however, I always enjoy the adventures that my little children experience and that I can undergo with them. Unfortunately, they always fall asleep as soon as we drive off in the car – but they also wake up very quickly. Then we play soccer together or swirl up the playground. I love showing my children the world and explaining things and relationships to them.

What is important to you?

My family is so important to me. Since we all live spread all over the world, we, unfortunately, don’t see each other that often. That is why every moment at a family reunion is very precious. Then we prefer to spend our time together talking and trying to catch up with the last few months and bring ourselves up to date. Through this pretty compressed time together, you also appreciate what is essential in life and what is not. Time is priceless!

Can you tell a little story which desribes best who you are?

I am the youngest of four siblings who, by the way, are all engineers. I used to be a rebellious kid but still always relaxed. I am loving and very enthusiastic about technology.

Alejandro’s way to Inpsyde

I have a university degree as a computer systems engineer and have also trained in project management. That’s why I later switched to project management after starting as an IT technician. Since I’ve always been tech-savvy, I highly believe that technology will be the gateway to a better society.

What interested me most about Inpsyde was that it was a German company. I think it’s perfect because I’m a big fan of German engineering. I also took German courses for a while during my studies, but you have to hear and speak the language regularly so that you don’t forget it. In addition, I come across an open-minded work mentality here at Inpsyde, and the management is always available – regardless of the respective position in the company. I honestly like that.

Questions to Inpsyder Alejandro

We asked Alejandro a few personal questions to learn more about him:

What was the last book you read?

Not a book per se, but a project management blog/guide for unstructured companies. This post was pretty interesting because it shows the expectations towards reality when implementing projects.

What was the best advice you ever got? Who gave it to you?

My father once said to me: “Life is just a game, my boy – enjoy it and let things take care of themselves. Everything will be fine!” I always feel good about it!

What do you like most about your city?

It’s more my country than just my city. I like Spanish food very much, but that also makes it so hard to go on a diet here!

What is your favorite smartphone app?

DAZN is a sports app for displaying MotoGP and Formula 1 races, press conferences, and highlights. I especially like this app because it’s the best investment ever!

What is the best meal you can cook on your own?

I am good at cooking a few dishes such as Paella, lasagna, rice with prawns, or BBQ ribs. I come from Spain, so food is an easy topic there.

You get stuck in the elevator for many hours and there’s a song playing in a continuous loop, what song would that be?

Considering that I have two children, i. e., based on my daily family agenda, it will probably be “Baby Shark”. But I do hate that song!

By the way: The Inpsyde Team is 100% remote
